Dexter brings a straight forward approach to problem solving based on 40 years in public service/safety. He has worked at all levels of emergency medicine including incident command, mass casualty incidents and disaster response development. As a former long time supervisor in Idaho’s busiest paramedical service, he has attained the ability to function and problem solve under the most stressful settings. During his undergraduate studies, he developed a passion for teaching which he developed into a well respected training facility.
