Jodane has been called “a revival artist” and an “organizational magician” for her ability to revive projects headed for disaster and adapt to multiple organizational cultures. She listens to the desired goals and then paints the big picture in a way that leads organizations through the myriad of details necessary to pave the way to the desired results. With nearly twenty years of experience in project management, instructional design & process improvement across a multitude of industries ranging from high-tech to utilities she has proven her ability to quickly solve problems, remove road blocks and implement solutions with quality results.

With a Bachelor’s degree from a small private liberal arts college, The College of Idaho, and a Master’s degree from Boise State University in Instructional & Performance Technology she is able to manage complex and dynamic projects from not only the business & technology perspective but from the human element as well. In the past 15 years, Jodane has been certified as a trainer, facilitator, help desk manager, network administrator and Certified Performance Technologist.

Her work experience has afforded her the opportunity to impact change from all levels of an organization from individual contributor to senior leadership positions and outside consulting positions. Jodane is a strategic thinker who consistently applies systematic and systemic methodologies to produce measureable results while driving cultural change in organizations.

Jodane provides remarkable leadership through innovative solutions that are rooted in her eclectic theoretical knowledge of behavioral science, project management, Lean, Six Sigma, instructional design and organizational development. She is energetic, creative, quick and contagiously passionate about every opportunity she seizes.
