Heather is an enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated trainer with exceptional organizational and curriculum development skills. She is committed to developing and presenting a product which is specifically crafted to meet the customer’s individual needs.

Following more than twenty years of management experience in restaurants, residential mortgage lending and construction, Heather chose to take time off to focus on raising her three children. A natural at multi-tasking, Heather used that time to complete her B.A. at Boise State University, where her intelligence and facility with group presentations earned her a position as an undergraduate instructor.

Observing management problems and offering practical solutions is a measurable talent that Heather has developed and which led her to first co-author the curriculum, and then teach the Generational Diversity classes currently offered by the Bridge Group.
