Rod Christine R. Drouillard has worked in the human relations field for over thirty years; additionally, she has vast experience in the business world. Starting at the bottom of a family business and working her way to the position of manager at a midsize corporation, has provided Christine with the knowledge, experience, skills and ability to inspire and facilitate change and growth for personnel of all levels, backgrounds and ages.

Christine received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Education in 1998, her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Work in 2003 and her Master of Social Work Degree in 2004; she also received her Clinical Licensure in Social Work in 2006. Christine currently works as a Contracted Mental Health Care Provider for the United States Air Force while maintaining a small private practice in downtown Boise, Idaho.

Christine possesses the unique ability to adjust her working style to meet the needs of her clients and has had tremendous success in working with both individual and group clientele. Christine has worked for and with local and State governments, the judicial system and medical and psychiatric facilities in the Boise Valley.

Christine has a reputation as a go-getter who will do what it takes to complete the job at hand and meet the needs of her clients. She is experienced in crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, personal and corporate coaching, group facilitation, public speaking, education, individual and group advocacy and mediation.

Christine’s focused attention on her clients as well as her high energy and enthusiasm are infectious; her strengths have been proven to be greatly beneficial to all who work with her.
